Hi and Welcome to Prime Sash! Prime Sash has been restoring windows since 2017 and as a result have started window manufacturing in 2018! We absolutely love manufacturing windows, woodworking and building the best windows that we can! We specialize in single pane windows because we know that they are the best. Prime Sash will continue on with traditional style, mortise and tenon windows because TIME has proven that they are the best!
Detailed drawings can be made before executing. This is actually my preferred method and would be billed at time and materials. There are windows that I would love the opportunity to build. There’s almost no limitation to what can be built. Glass can be curved. Wood can be bent or milled to many strange angles. I want to make some INSANE windows! Lets collaborate!
Window Details.
When it comes to the details about our windows there some very important things to note. Due to the longevity of these windows we have made a point not to do anything different.
The construction remains the same. Tradition glazing from Sarco. Mortise and tenon joinery with NO GLUE. All details and dimensions remain the same. We know these windows were designed perfectly. They were designed to be repaired and are fully serviceable.
